Our People
Woltman Trophies and Awards is the product of three generations of dedication. Started by the senior Woltman in the back of his jewelry shop, the business expanded several times before moving to its current location in Bridgeton.
Our family-run business includes some of the most efficient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic people in the world. Our goal is to bring you friendly service and top-notch products every single day.
Our Past
Woltman Trophies and Awards was started in the back of a jewelry shop, with only two shelves dedicated to the business. The first Woltman’s son and grandson followed in his footsteps. They each brought their expertise from other industries. Rick Woltman Jr.’s knowledge of computers helped grow the business, keeping it on the cutting edge. The company boasts a depth of experience and expertise that our competitors just can’t match.
In the mid-1960s, we were the first to use the new Automark typewriter engraving machine on trophies. We were also among the earliest users of sandblasting and laser engraving technology. In 2004, we expanded into a 2,500-square-foot space to enable our production of beautiful, timeless glass and crystal awards.
Today, we are a family-run business
Comprised of people who grew up surrounded by trophies, awards, and happy customers.
We have been featured in a range of magazines and media outlets. It’s a matter of pride that we’ve earned our fair share of awards highlighting our expertise and the benefits we bring to our clients every day.

Today, we use state-of-the-art equipment to bring you the highest quality materials, the best construction, and the clearest engraving. Our tools include:
